Lead Relay’s AI platform and developer enablement from Toronto, helping teams ship AI workflows quickly and safely. Support technology foundations behind products serving small businesses.As Engineering Manager, Voyager, you will own shared LLM infrastructure while enabling product teams to build on dependable patterns and tooling. You will lead delivery across platform and research initiatives, guide technical decisions, and grow a senior-heavy engineering team. The role spans React, TypeScript, Node.Js, Terraform, and AWS systems.Key Responsibilities:
Give Relay teams tooling, patterns, and guidance for AI workflowsMaintain reliability, security, and lifecycle of shared LLM systemsLead delivery of Voyager platform and research initiativesEstablish processes for prototypes and production systemsBuild growth paths through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managementRequirements:
Experience with production agentic systems at scaleTechnical credibility reviewing designs and architecture decisionsExperience growing senior and staff-level engineersCross-functional leadership driving initiatives with meaningful impactActive use of AI in engineering workBuild AI platform capability at Relay through reliable LLM infrastructure, developer enablement, technical leadership, and team development.
