Shape Maestro with AI product management and mortgage technology expertise at nesto, helping underwriters work more effectively through production software.As Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will turn an early proof of concept into AI augmented lending infrastructure. You will connect operational workflows, machine learning, and mortgage expertise to ship useful products. The work spans product requirements documents, decision logic, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex operational reality into clear product requirementsDefine roadmaps with machine learning and engineering teamsImprove throughput, decision time, accuracy, and capacity metricsConnect AI outputs with expert underwriter judgmentRecommend responses to AI changes in mortgage originationRequirements:
Three to five years in consulting or product rolesClear writing and structured thinking across complex systemsAbility to work through ambiguity and drive decisionsActive fluency with AI tools across product workflowsStrong communication with Product and Engineering audiencesBuild AI augmented lending products through structured thinking, machine learning collaboration, and measurable mortgage workflow improvements at nesto.
