Note: This is an on‑site role in Calgary, AB.

What you’ll do here:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for assigned accounts and prospects.
• Qualify leads and recommend appropriate HVAC or mechanical product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and pricing in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
• Serve as a primary customer contact from inquiry through order fulfillment.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate product selection.
• Collaborate with outside sales and product teams on complex applications.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Follow up on quotations and manage sales pipelines to close opportunities.
• Support customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Stay current on product offerings and industry trends.

The experience you bring:

• 2+ years of customer‑centric or inside‑sales experience in parts or equipment environments.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical industries.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and accuracy skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated self‑starter with a growth mindset.
