Field & Infusion Nurse (RN)

Cencora seeks a Field & Infusion Nurse (RN) to deliver remote clinical care in Ontario, Canada. The role involves assessing patient readiness, verifying therapies, monitoring treatment responses, documenting care activities, and coordinating with healthcare stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant infusion therapy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient history, clinical observations, and treatment information to support care readiness
• Verify prescribed therapies, treatment parameters, and clinical data prior to administration
• Monitor patient responses and condition changes during and after therapy delivery
• Document clinical assessments, treatment activities, patient responses, and observations
• Coordinate appointments, treatment milestones, and care activities with caregivers and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification
• 6+ years clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, or patient support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office productivity tools
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
