Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN)

Cencora seeks a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to deliver clinical support services for patient care and pharmaceutical commercialization programs in Ontario. The role involves administering medications, monitoring infusions, patient education, and coordinating with healthcare teams in home and clinic settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications via IM, SC, and IV routes in home and clinic settings
- Support and monitor IV infusion treatments; chart and report on patient activities
- Provide patient education based on program protocols individually or in groups
- Report adverse events and product complaints according to company policies
- Coordinate with patients, case managers, physicians, and departments to schedule treatments and maintain communication
Requirements
- Current RPN/LPN registration with provincial licensing body
- Minimum 2 years experience as Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Diploma or University degree in nursing or related field
- CPR certificate required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
- Experience with IV therapy; central venous lines and port experience an asset
- Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare settings
