CBI Home Health is looking to hire Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) - Guelph, East Wellington, Rockwood, Mapleton, Minto, Drayton and Mount Forest

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $29.20 - $31.45 per visit for RPN; $31.19 - $40.44 per visit for RN.

What you will do

• As a nurse (RN/ RPN) at CBI Home Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that uses an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery. 


• CBI Home Health has demonstrated that In-Home care can be different with evidence of improved outcomes and satisfaction for employees and patients.


• CBI Home Health has strengthened the traditional In-Home service delivery model focusing on a holistic approach to care. 


• As part of the dynamic and self-directed care team, you work together to effectively meet the patient’s goals.


• You will use your experience and clinical skills to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality home health care , delivered with compassion and excellence.

What you will need to be successful

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing


• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening


• Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance


• Standard First Aid & CPR, Level C


• Ability to travel from home to home within the community - a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required for this role
  
  
  
  • Travel required in East Wellington rural communities such as Rockwood, Mapleton, Minto, Drayton & Mount Forest
  
  


• Strong verbal and written English communication skills


• Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
