Our client, a recognized leader in the distribution of specialized hardware products, is seeking a dynamic, solution-oriented Inside Customer Service Representative (B2B) to join its team in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Your Day-to-Day:
At the core of operations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a network of retailers. You will address their needs, follow up on requests, and execute a variety of administrative duties to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Respond courteously and professionally to retail customer inquiries via email and telephone.
- Accurately enter orders, process returns, and perform rigorous follow-ups within enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure fast, precise answers to client requests.
- Maintain up-to-date customer files and thoroughly document all interactions.
- Drive high customer satisfaction through a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience (retail sales, service counter, hospitality, boutique, or call center).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and effective stress management skills.
- Bilingualism (French & English) is required.

English proficiency is required for this role because the candidate will interact daily, both orally and in writing, with clients, retailers, and partners located outside Quebec (Rest of Canada and the United States). Additionally, internal software interfaces and technical documentation are in English.
