SAP IS-U FI-CA Consultant Position

Become an integral SAP IS-U FI-CA Consultant, focusing on utilities industry solutions. Provide expert support for financial and collections processes in a large-scale SAP environment, with monthly travel to Florida. We are seeking an experienced consultant with over eight years in SAP IS-U FI-CA and utilities. You will configure processes including Payments, Collections, and Dunning, while also managing cash application and payment clearing. Your role will be vital in enhancing customer interaction and ensuring effective collection workflows across projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP IS-U FI-CA processes
• Manage cash applications and payment clearing tasks
• Support collections workflows and Promise-to-Pay processes
• Collaborate on billing teams and customer service interactions
• Troubleshoot production support issues and discrepancies Requirements:
• 8+ years of SAP IS-U FI-CA experience
• Strong understanding of Payments and Collections processes
• Experience with cash application and clarification accounts
• Knowledge of customer collections lifecycle
• Proficient in SAP CRM/CIC integration Drive financial efficiency and customer success as a vital part of our SAP team.
