Our client, is seeking an experienced, highly analytical Bus Systems Analyst V (Senior Identity & Access Management BSA) to join their technology delivery and security architecture group.

In this high-visibility strategic role, you will serve as a key technical liaison within enterprise-level environments, driving business systems analysis for complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. You will work closely with internal technology squads, security leads, and business stakeholders to translate security requirements into detailed system specifications, analyze access control workflows, and support technical solution delivery. Spending approximately half of your day collaborating in cross-functional project huddles and design sessions, you will ensure access management systems align with rigorous enterprise security standards.

Duration: 12-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Currently 2 days per week on-site at the corporate office with 3 days remote; candidate must have flexibility as on-site requirements may expand to 4 days)

Responsibilities
IAM Systems Analysis: Conduct in-depth business systems analysis across enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications, user lifecycle workflows, and access governance frameworks.

Requirements & Specifications: Elicit, analyze, and document complex functional and technical requirements, user stories, process flowcharts, and system specifications.

Stakeholder Facilitation: Partner closely with internal technical teams, platform architects, and business leads to align security requirements with operational needs.

System Integration & Gap Analysis: Evaluate current-state access management capabilities against target security architectures; identify system gaps, risks, and dependency maps.

Agile Project Execution: Participate actively in project planning, backlog refinement, user story grooming, and solution validation across the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications
Senior BSA Experience: 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience operating as a Business Systems Analyst within large-scale corporate infrastructure.

Identity & Access Management Depth: In-depth, practical knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) architectures, access controls, and security governance frameworks.

Enterprise Environment Exposure: Proven track record supporting high-volume, enterprise-level technology environments (prior Banking or Financial Institution experience is highly preferred).

Communication & Organization: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with exceptional detail orientation, prioritization, and time management abilities.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Formal Project Management or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSPO).

Strong practical experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
