Procurify Technical Support Specialist
Procurify
Shape customer experiences at Procurify as a Technical Support Specialist. Drive innovations in problem-solving and system optimization while providing expert support in a remote-first environment. As a Level 2 Technical Support Advocate, you'll function as a key architect for customer solutions. Your background in technical SaaS support, combined with skills in automation and integrations, will help tackle complex issues that hinder user experiences. Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer pain points and utilize AI tools to optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve technical customer inquiries via email and chat
- Document bugs and contribute to product improvement discussions
- Create and maintain internal help documentation and FAQs
- Automate workflows using AI tools for enhanced efficiency
- Lead technical setups, user role definitions, and integrations
- 2+ years in a technical, SaaS customer support role
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft ERPs
- Expertise in API and SSO configurations
- Passion for AI-driven support and documentation
