- Inscrire des clients dans le registre des arrivées et leur attribuer des chambres
- Résoudre les plaintes et les réclamations
- Noter des réservations de chambres, les annuler ou les modifier
- Fournir des renseignements sur les installations et les services hôteliers
- Traiter le départ des clients, calculer leurs notes et percevoir les sommes dues
- Faire la caisse et remplir des feuilles de bilan, des états de caisse et des pièces justificatives
- Tenir les registres des chambres disponibles, des réservations et des chambres louées
- Suivre des mesures d'urgence et de sécurité
- Travail de bureau (p.ex.. télécopie, classement, photocopie)
- Répondre au téléphone et transmettre les appels et les messages
- Aider les clients/invités ayant des besoins spéciaux
- Effectuer de petits travaux domestiques et de nettoyage
- Fournir le service à la clientèle
- Embauche des nouveaux arrivants et/ou des réfugiés ayant été déplacés après un conflit ou une catastrophe naturelle (par exemple : Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
- Offre des formations en cours d'emploi adaptée aux jeunes
- Heures de travail: 40 heures par semaine
