Investments Intern: Real Estate Finance & Due Diligence
CAPREIT
CAPREIT is seeking an Investments Intern for Winter 2027 in Toronto to support analysis and administrative tasks within the Investments Team. You will help with weekly agendas/minutes, financial modeling, due-diligence materials, and ensure smooth asset transitions in the Canadian portfolio.
The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, relationship skills, and a solid grounding in financial analysis and market trends.
