Assistant Property Manager Ottawa
Rhapsody Property Management Services
Lead daily property operations in Ottawa as an Assistant Property Manager with leasing, resident service, and team leadership responsibilities.
At RTHM Ottawa, you will support the Property Manager while helping drive leasing success, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. The position includes resident concerns, tours, leasing, rent collection, budgets, inspections, and team training. Rhapsody provides training, support, and tools for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager with daily property activities
- Address current and prospective resident concerns professionally
- Manage operations communication standards with residents
- Conduct tours and lease units as required
- Act as Property Manager during absences
Requirements:
- Post-secondary property management or related courses
- Three or more years of related property management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Yardi experience considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
