Enhance client operations as a Junior ERP Functional Consultant with OERP Canada. Utilize your analytical skills to implement Odoo ERP solutions and drive efficiency. In this full-time position, you will engage directly with clients to understand their operational challenges. You'll be involved in all implementation phases, from requirement gathering to client training. Your proactive approach will streamline processes and elevate client service. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client operations to identify areas for improvement
• Gather detailed client requirements for tailored system solutions
• Design and improve documentation for ERP functionalities
• Manage user training sessions and provide ongoing support
• Document performance reports on client operations Requirements:
• Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant job experience
• 2 years of IT systems experience
• 1 year of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
• Familiarity with manufacturing and warehouse processes Use your analytical abilities and dedication to enhance client satisfaction with OERP Canada.
