Main functions

• Liaise with other warehouses, departments, customers, and manufacturer representatives, as well as internal staff, as needed.
• Analyze outputs and extract technical data from automated systems.
• Process component changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to redirect efforts based on changing priorities and time constraints.
• Organize and protect all aircraft records.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) in interactions with staff or customers. Team spirit essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs or a related field, a strong asset;
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, an asset;
• Strong analytical skills along with a marked interest and ability to work with data;
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook), essential;
• Good organizational sense, as well as great attention to detail;
• Curious nature and motivation;
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to promote the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment;
• Availability to work shifts and overtime as needed.
