Chez GardaWorld, nous recherchons actuellement des Facilitateur(trice)s pour soutenir les passagers à YUL à Montreal.

À quoi ressembleront vos journées

 

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux passagers

  • Soutenir les voyageurs ayant des besoins particuliers (mobilité, audition, vision, etc.)

  • Accompagner les passagers tout au long du processus de contrôle, au besoin

  • Expliquer clairement les procédures de contrôle et les options disponibles

  • Aider à la gestion des effets personnels, dispositifs médicaux et objets sensibles

  • Fournir des outils de communication adaptés aux passagers ayant une déficience visuelle

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les agents de contrôle et les intervenants aéroportuaires.

  • Identifier de manière proactive les passagers nécessitant un soutien supplémentaire

  • Se tenir informé(e) des initiatives d’accessibilité, incluant le programme Tournesol pour handicaps invisibles

Ce que nous recherchons

 

  • Diplôme postsecondaire ou expérience équivalente

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle

  • Forte empathie, écoute active et excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles

  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis afin de servir efficacement une clientèle internationale

  • Capacité à s’adapter à différents besoins clients et à proposer des solutions appropriées

  • Capacité à assister des passagers à mobilité réduite

  • Capacité à rester debout et marcher pendant de longues périodes

  • Capacité à travailler sur site à YUL à Montreal
