Sales Manager in Greater Toronto Area

Veriforce is seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within key industrial sectors in the Greater Toronto Area. Drive sales and build impactful relationships. This full-cycle sales management role involves strategizing and executing sales plans focused on sectors such as Utilities, Mining, and Oil & Gas. As part of the Sales team reporting to the VP, you will play a crucial role in driving new business while leveraging a structured sales approach. This position is designed for those comfortable with complex negotiations and committed to delivering value to the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan
Drive new pipeline growth through outbound and account-based strategies
Lead product demonstrations and negotiate contracts
Maintain strong relationships with key economic influencers
Analyze market trends and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

3+ years in B2B sales experience required
Strong background in industrial sales
Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or BANT
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Flexibility for travel within territory
