Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $22/hour
• Commission: $2,000-$4,000+ per month (based on sales performance)
• Commission eligibility begins after 3-week training period

Position Overview:We are hiring a Director of Operations with strong experience in sales, administration, and showroom management. The ideal candidate will be organized, driven, and confident working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with flooring recommendations
• Educate clients on product options and close sales
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage customer inquiries
• Process and manage orders, book installations, and maintain records
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain showroom cleanliness
• Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, POS systems, Gmail, and social media for administrative and marketing tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Minimum 5 years in customer service or operations
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work independently, including managing the showroom solo
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and social platforms

• Work Days: Tuesday-Saturday

**Long Term Candidate**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Nepean, ON K2E 7R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
