Our law firm client, located just north of Toronto (in the GTA), has a need for a tax lawyer. This firm has a team of tax lawyers, offering expertise in domestic and cross-border estate and business succession planning, business reorganizations, the structure of mergers, acquisitions and financing along with dispute resolution with federal and provincial tax authorities. Candidates with prior experience in any one or more of these areas are encouraged to apply.
