Responsibilities

• Share accountability for safety, environment, customer service, performance, quality, human resources, plant image, and community relations for the site.
• Accountable for specific functions in the Aggregates operation as assigned by the Plant Manager.
• Implement and track maintenance, production processes and strategies to achieve targeted Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs).
• Employ daily communication process with management and Quality Control to drive group efficiencies, manage inventories and production performance.
• Manage stockpile inventories.
• Assist in planning, driving and tracking financial performance with local/regional tools.
• Develop, implement and manage annual repair budgets, and perform financial analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Forecast profitability and production to optimize yield while supporting supply chain with balancing inventory and sales needs.
• Directly responsible for the individual development, motivation, and training of all direct reports to maximize their performance.
• Ensure site level compliance to Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) and all Amrize and regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
• Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree; Engineering or Business field of study preferred.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven operational and supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators.
• Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
