What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Canadian commercial team in executing on the launch of a game-changing product in the anaphylaxis space. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth through measurable and innovative omnichannel initiatives by bringing a hands-on approach, creativity, collaboration and adaptability. This role demands strong collaboration, analytical and organizational skills.

• Plan and execute digital HCP journeys and omnichannel campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize engagement.
• Develop and adapt HCP-targeted sales and educational materials that align to the brand strategy and local regulations, in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proper implementation and continuous tracking of analytics and Key Performance Indicators in alignment with local and global commercial team objectives, leveraging analytics tools and collaborative workflows.
• Seek and manage feedback from sales, medical and public affairs colleagues to the materials, and act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee and manage approval workflows for all HCP materials and campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance and timeliness.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, in marketing and/or digital marketing.
• Digital marketing experience required, including confidence with related analytics tools.
• Experience with KOL engagement and HCP marketing experience a plus.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100K to $110K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
