This position is designed for those enthusiastic about shaping Aecon’s workforce and culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment for various positions in the Civil division
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through networking
- Guide hiring managers with tailored recruitment advice
- Improve onboarding experiences for candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive strategy enhancements
- 5+ years of recruitment, with 3+ years in a strategic role
- Experience in related sectors such as engineering or construction
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing platforms
- Self-directed with strong organizational abilities
