Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment aligned with organizational strategies
- Provide mentorship and training to HR and recruitment teams
- Oversee the ATS and evaluate job applicants
- Establish and maintain effective recruiting pipelines
- Identify trends and optimize hiring channels
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Expert in ATS and recruitment metrics
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking practices
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
