Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role is crucial in the development of a new product set to launch in 2027. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining software solutions that will drive our product forward. Your expertise will enhance user experience and ensure seamless functionality across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Maintain and improve existing applications by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our development process.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Work Environment:

This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada. We foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where team members can thrive and contribute to innovative projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express, or Django).
Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Must be able to pass a background security clearance.
