ServiceNow Architect - Remote - 12 months+
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a project team, providing technical leadership across the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow architecture experience , knowledge across key modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SPM , and relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and architecture aligned with platform best practices
- Participate in Discovery and Implementation phases, adapting ServiceNow solutions to the customer's existing landscape
- Review proposed designs, architecture and solutions as part of Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow architecture and implementation decisions
- Ensure best practices are followed across platform configuration, customisation and development
- Drive technical decisions around scalability, security, performance and maintainability
- Identify opportunities to optimise the ServiceNow platform and maximise the value of the implementation
Requirements
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution/Technical Architect
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SPM
- Proven experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow architectures
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices, configuration and customisation
- Experience participating in ARB/design review processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CIS preferred
- Experience working across the Discovery and Implementation lifecycle
