This role demands at least 8 years of experience in the banking sector, particularly with digital applications. You will facilitate the translation of intricate business processes into functional requirements, ensuring collaboration between various teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather requirements from business stakeholders
- Translate complex processes into clear user stories
- Develop process maps and conduct gap analysis
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
- Ensure understanding of SWIFT ISO 20022 MX message standards
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a banking setup
- Proficient in web-based digital banking application management
- Knowledgeable about payments processing and SWIFT interactions
- Familiar with documentation tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs
