Lead technology and transformation risk at Aviva Canada as an Assistant Vice President. In this hybrid role, you will oversee data privacy, governance, and cybersecurity while fostering a collaborative culture.
As Aviva's AVP of Technology & Transformation Risk, you will have second-line oversight of critical technology-related risks. Your expertise in data governance, analytics, and cyber security will ensure compliance and regulatory alignment. This highly visible position is an exceptional opportunity to influence strategy and enhance Aviva's governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technology and cybersecurity risk management
• Collaborate with teams to strengthen data practices
• Conduct data risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Deliver insights through detailed risk reports
• Build relationships to drive effective risk management
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years in data governance and management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies
Utilize your data governance and cyber security expertise to enhance Aviva's risk management practices and protect our customers.
