Superintendent for Job Site Operations

Manage day-to-day job site operations as a Superintendent. Lead teams and ensure project compliance with schedules and safety standards. In this critical role reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, you will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring effective supervision of work teams. The Superintendent is essential for maintaining compliance with project plans and safety regulations, coordinating activities with subcontractors, and solving technical issues as they arise. Strong collaboration with the Project Manager is necessary to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective work planning at job sites
- Supervise work execution and address technical problems
- Oversee material and labor planning
- Regularly update project schedules
- Record and manage labor hours
- DVS in construction or related field is essential
- Ten years of experience as a Superintendent required
- Background in large-scale projects ($10M+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with safety documentation processes
