Spectrum Eyecare & Eyewear is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Optometrist to join our team, with an opportunity for partnership for the right candidate. We are a large and busy, full-scope optometry clinic in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Our practice has a longstanding history in the Capital Region. Our current team is composed of 5 ODs, 4 Opticians, and 16 technicians. We have a large clinic with 6 well equipped exam lanes , a Dry Eye and Facial Clinic, as well as a satellite office with 1 exam lane located approximately 45mins away from our primary site. We use VisualEyes software and provide Optos, OCT, Humphrey VF, Myopia Control, Dry Eye (IDRA, IPL, iLux, RF, Zest), Contact Lenses, Neurolens, and Optical Lab.
A new associate (or 2) would be fully booked and fully supported in a turnkey primary care practice with freedom to specialize if they choose. Compensation is by percentage of gross. Our doctors enjoy providing thorough patient care, the support of an amazing team, flexibility, work-life balance , summer BBQs/Lobster parties, we could go on! The Fredericton area offers good ol’ maritime charm, an extensive pedestrian trail system, golf courses, winter skiing, forests, rivers, beaches, and is 1hr from the sea and the spectacular Bay of Fundy.
