CFT Recycling seeks a Director of Finance to lead its financial strategy and oversee budgeting and forecasting efforts. You will play an integral role in collaborating with the CEO and Financial Controller to provide insights that support business growth and financial sustainability. This is a senior position requiring strong leadership and financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and manage financial strategy and planning
• Oversee annual budgets and financial forecasting
• Analyze financial data for executive decision-making
• Identify opportunities for profit enhancement
• Develop and lead the finance and accounting team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• CPA designation essential
• At least 10 years of finance experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior financial leadership capacity
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
