We’re hiring an experienced In-Home Heat Pump Sales Consultant in the Halifax region.

What You’ll Do
- Run pre-booked in-home consultations across the Halifax region
- Review each home’s layout, energy use, and comfort goals
- Educate homeowners on comfort, efficiency, and long-term savings
- Present Good / Better / Best options with clear pricing and financing
- Walk customers through available provincial or utility incentives
- Close on the first appointment whenever possible
- Document every consultation in our CRM
- Hand off signed deals cleanly to our installation team
What You Need
- 1+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales experience
- HVAC, solar, windows, roofing, water treatment, or similar experience is ideal
- Proven first-appointment closing track record
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Reliable laptop or tablet
- Comfort working in CRM software
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with heat pump sizing or HVAC fundamentals
- Experience explaining financing or energy-efficiency upgrades to homeowners
- Bilingual English / French
