We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
• Provide administrative support to staff members.
• Manage office supplies and order new materials when needed.
• Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
