Tâches

Diagnostiquer les maladies et les troubles physiologiques
Diagnostiquer les troubles psychiatriques
Peut mener des recherches médicales sur les troubles, les maladies et les méthodes préventives ou curatives chez l'homme
Prescrire des médicaments et des traitements
Recommander les patients pour une intervention chirurgicale
Traiter les maladies et les troubles physiologiques
Traiter les troubles psychiatriques
Mener des analyses microscopiques et chimiques à partir de prélèvements et de spécimens
Rédiger des documents de recherche pour fins de publication et de présentation
Étudier la nature, la pathogenèse et l'évolution des maladies ainsi que les changements structurels et fonctionnels causés par les maladies
Superviser les activités de laboratoire
Exercer des fonctions de consultant auprès d'autres médecins
Ordonner des épreuves de laboratoire, des rayons x et autres procédures de diagnostic
