Lead North American sales strategy at VaughanAir from Vaughan, Ontario, using sales leadership and market expansion expertise. Extensive travel across Canada and the United States is required.As Director of Sales, you will report to the President and lead Regional Sales Managers and sales development activities. You will guide revenue growth, channel partnerships, pricing, forecasting, marketing, and cross-functional alignment. The position supports VaughanAir’s ventilation, duct, and exhaust solutions across North America.Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experienceExperience leading sales leaders and delivering sustained revenue growthStrategic planning, forecasting, and market expansion experienceUnderstanding of industrial, HVAC, ventilation, or manufacturing channelsWillingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and CanadaBring strategic sales leadership, forecasting discipline, and channel expertise to VaughanAir’s North American growth agenda.
