We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional buying experience to our customers and are looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Professional to our dynamic team.
:As an Internet Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, assisting customers through the online car-buying process, arranging Finance for customers and helping close sales. Your expertise in online communication, customer service, and automotive knowledge will directly contribute to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and phone, offering expert advice and guidance to prospective buyers.
- Qualify leads and manage the online sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vehicles online, ensuring all listings are accurate and compelling.
- Follow up with potential customers and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and trade-in values.
- Track and report on sales performance, and work with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Internet sales, automotive sales, or a customer service-related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and online sales tools.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
