Director of Quality Management at Stream-Flo

Lead quality initiatives at Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. as the Director of Corporate Quality. Engage in strategic oversight while ensuring quality across all business processes. This full-time role demands a seasoned leader to manage the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Stream-Flo Group of Companies. You will develop strategic quality objectives, monitor performance indicators, and build an effective quality team. The position emphasizes delivering high quality and customer satisfaction through collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic quality objectives and management processes
- Build and coach an effective Quality team
- Monitor key performance indicators and quality standards
- Design and implement QMS across business units
- Conduct audits and facilitate Root Cause Analysis
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Senior level experience in QMS management
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification and RCA skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of oilfield manufacturing standards
