Quality Improvement Manager at Radius Health

Enhance healthcare quality at Radius Community Health & Healing in Edmonton, AB. As the Manager of Quality Improvement & Systems, you will lead critical initiatives in patient care and operational excellence. This leadership position involves overseeing quality improvement, data analytics, and IT systems for a multidisciplinary team. You will develop frameworks to align with accreditation standards while fostering continuous improvement and operational effectiveness. Your strategic insights will guide clinical audits and enhance performance indicators across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement multi-year Quality Improvement framework for accreditation
- Oversee clinical audits and develop evaluation frameworks
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for strategic insights
- Ensure readiness for accreditation standards compliance
- Mitigate risks through proactive monitoring and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in relevant field
- 3-5 years in progressive management experience
- Proven team management with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of IT systems and EMR management
