Transformation Change Manager - Toronto

Make an impact as a Change Management Manager for a transformative initiative in Toronto, ON. This hybrid role centers on stakeholder alignment and enhancing user experiences across teams. This 12-month contract position as a Change Management Manager focuses on leading end-to-end transformation efforts in a collaborative environment. You will partner with project teams and senior leaders to ensure that change adoption is smooth and effective, providing training and communication support where needed. Your strong stakeholder management and communication skills will be key in translating complex changes into clear insights for users throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct change management efforts across a large transformation
- Create and implement communication and training plans
- Assess change impacts on various business units
- Collaborate with teams to track milestones and risks
- Build relationships with senior leaders for effective governance
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Significant experience in change management roles
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Skills in problem-solving and organizational strategies
- Familiarity with consulting or transformation projects is a plus
