LOCATION: 230 Hanlon Creek Blvd Guelph, ON (Hybrid Role)

The Financial and Operations Analyst, reporting to the Operations Analyst Manager, is entrusted with the crucial responsibility of supporting various financial and operational reporting and analytical needs within the organization. This professional collaborates closely with Operations Leadership and other departmental leaders to deliver insightful financial and operational reports, conducts analyses, and continuously enhances reporting and analytics across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports as assigned.
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis and reporting for Care Centers and Management.
• Track and analyze financial metrics and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the creation of monthly performance decks for Finance and Operations, HR, EHS, and Operations.
• Identify gaps in financial and operational reporting and proactively seek opportunities to improve existing reports.

Education, Training & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset.
• 5+ years of experience as an analyst in finance, operations, production, manufacturing or a related role/industry.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI report building.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI.

Working Conditions:

• Involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Travel may be required, up to 10%.
