URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Seeking Experienced Nanny In East Van, Mwf

Hi there! We are seeking care for our 2.5-year-old daughter three days/week (MWF), from sometime between 8 and 9 a.m. to sometime between 4 and 5:30 p.m. Pay is $27-30/hr depending on experience. Start date would be anytime between now and September 9. Our daughter is very verbal and loves to run, climb, and make art. Our prior nannies have generally taken her to a playground for about half of each day, and we have two good ones a short walk away. The ideal candidate would be warm and patient, and have previous experience with toddlers. We've learned a lot from our previous nannies (about everything from sleep to cultivating enjoyment of art and nature) and hope to continue that trend with the person we hire.
