B2B Cold Calling Sales Representative
Webisoft
Drive B2B growth for Webisoft through cold calling and qualified meeting generation. This phone-first position focuses on conversations with business decision-makers.
As an experienced Sales Development Representative, you will contact prospects needing software maintenance, modernization, or expansion. You will speak with CTOs, technology vice presidents, IT Directors, and business owners. The work centers on qualifying opportunities, booking meetings, and supporting Webisoft’s custom software, AI solutions, and enterprise technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 60–100 outbound cold calls daily to B2B prospects
- Reach CTOs, technology vice presidents, IT Directors, and business owners
- Identify software maintenance, modernization, and expansion needs
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with Webisoft’s President
- Handle objections, follow up, and track activity in CRM
Requirements:
- At least one year of B2B cold calling experience
- Proven ability to book qualified sales appointments
- Excellent spoken English; French is an asset
- Comfort speaking with executives and senior decision-makers
- Persistent, confident, organized, and results-driven approach
