Seeking Nanny for Twin 7 year old girls

We are a friendly family looking for a caring, attentive, and responsible nanny to help care for our twin 7-year-old girls after school. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–5:30 PM Approximately 15 hours per week Pay: $25/hour Responsibilities include: Picking the girls up from school Bringing them home safely Preparing simple snacks Helping with homework/reading Playing with them and keeping them engaged Helping with their after-school activities and routines Providing a caring, positive, and attentive presence We are looking for someone who is: Warm, caring, and patient Reliable and responsible Attentive and safety-conscious Comfortable caring for two children of the same age Energetic and enjoys playing and engaging with kids Someone who is looking for a consistent, long-term arrangement Prior childcare or nanny experience is preferred, and references are appreciated.
