Lead Analytics Strategy for Innovative CPG Business Intelligence

This role demands strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and a talent for team development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide analytics strategy across teams
Develop measurement frameworks for social-first marketing
Synthesize data into strategic narratives for brand decisions
Forecast incremental revenue through predictive modeling
Build scalable measurement systems for channel performance

Requirements:

12+ years in marketing or analytics environments
Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Expertise in analytics tools like Python and SQL
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
