IT Intern: Applications Specialist Role

Embark on your IT journey as an Applications Specialist Intern in our Corporate IT - Enterprise Applications team. This engaging role focuses on Office 365 and collaborates on innovative AI research. In this internship, you will gain vital experience in managing the IT service delivery. Duties include monitoring ticket queues, administering essential corporate tools, and ensuring proper user support. Work alongside experienced professionals while enhancing your skills in applications administration and documentation management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute incoming IT ticket requests
- Assist in the administration of Bitwarden, Dropbox, and email signatures
- Escalate critical incidents for prompt resolution
- Follow up with users for technical support and updates
- Help in crafting and updating internal knowledge documents
- Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program
- Knowledge in IT/Computer Systems or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for AI and innovative technology research
