Executive Coordinator

Ready for a career opportunity that puts you at the centre of the action? The Saskatchewan Healthcare Recruitment Agency (SHRA) is looking for a motivated, highly organized and professional Executive Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will work closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and Board of Directors and gain broad experience in executive operations, governance and corporate services.
No two days will look exactly the same. You will help keep executive and corporate priorities moving, anticipate what needs to happen next and make sure the details don't get missed.
You will:
Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, materials, reports, minutes and follow-up.
Manage executive schedules, meetings, priorities and travel.
Prepare correspondence, briefing materials, presentations and reports.
Track decisions, commitments and action items.
Coordinate expenses, purchasing, invoices and reconciliations.
Maintain confidential executive and governance information.
Improve administrative systems and processes.
Provide coordination and guidance to other administrative positions.
Support corporate projects and priorities across SHRA.
