Preferred Energy Inc. is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant - AP Focused to work in their Estevan office. This will be a fulltime role that will involve working alongside a Senior Administrative Assistant.
Main duties are:-Reviewing and uploading supplier bills for cost tracking and obtaining manager approvals.
-Preparing and maintaining weekly cheque run records.
-Reviewing monthly statements & keeping supplier accounts up to date.
-Prepare expense reimbursement documents
-Other light office tasks as required such as filing, printing documents, booking hotel rooms, etc. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years experience as an admin assistant or in data entry, and/or knowledge of QuickBooks online. Willing to train the right person. Tentative start date will be early August.
