The Estevan Chamber of Commerce is looking for an organized, professional and community-minded individual to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:Member Services: Serve as the first point of contact for Chamber members and prospective members; respond to inquiries; support member onboarding, engagement, recruitment and retention; and maintain accurate information in the Chambers CRM and member directory. Operational Administration: Oversee daily office functions; manage phone calls, emails, correspondence and walk-in inquiries; and maintain organized physical and digital records. Bookkeeping Coordination: Collect and organize bills, receipts and other financial documentation; track items requiring payment or review; upload required information into GZ Pay; and provide GZ Pay reports and supporting documents to the Chambers external bookkeeper as requested. This role supports the bookkeeping process but is not responsible for formal bookkeeping Event Administration and Logistics: Provide administrative and logistical support for all Chamber events. Communications: Administration in distribution with newsletters, member communications, and marketing Project Support: Provide administrative and coordination support for special projects Executive Director Support: Provide general administrative and project support to the Executive Director and assist with other duties View the full job on uor wesbite here:
