- Responsable des livraisons entrant/sortant de fret sur les sites des clients
- Expédition rapide et efficace afin de garantir le maintien d'un service de qualité
- Planification et exécution des mouvements de transport de ligne à l'aller et au retour
- Maintenir la discipline avec nos sous-traitants et nos agents
- Communiquer avec les conducteurs à intervalles définis pour gérer les attentes en matière de service et identifier les problèmes
- Suivi des unités intermodales via les portails du CP et du CN
- Résoudre les appels des clients et du groupe de service à la clientèle et y répondre en conséquence
- Contrôler les actifs pour s'assurer que l'équipement est utilisé
- Travailler avec l'équipe d'exploitation de manière respectueuse
Diplôme universitaire, de préférence dans le domaine du transport et de la logistique, un atout
Expérience professionnelle d'au moins un an dans un domaine connexe.
Connaissance de Truckmate
Orienté vers le service à la clientèle et aimable.
