About LetsStopAIDS: LetsStopAIDS is a Canadian youth-HIV charity that focuses on HIV prevention and knowledge exchange by engaging young people and fostering leadership. Since 2004, we have been creating a global network of youth-HIV leaders.

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing LetsStopAIDS' online presence, driving engagement, and growing our digital community. You will work under the direction of our Digital Content and Brand Manager to develop and execute innovative campaigns that amplify our mission and connect with youth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging, youth-focused content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that aligns with LetsStopAIDS' brand voice.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute digital campaigns for key initiatives like NoTimeToWait, Papaya, and Sex Lives Report.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key performance metrics and generate insightful reports to inform strategies.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other SEO platforms to analyze audience behavior.
• Community Engagement:
• Foster an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Identify and collaborate with youth influencers and ambassadors to boost campaign visibility.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for event promotions, newsletters, and volunteer opportunities.
• Segment email lists and craft targeted messages to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Collaboration & Innovation:
• Work with the design and program teams to brainstorm and deliver fresh, creative ideas.
• Stay updated on digital trends, ensuring LetsStopAIDS remains at the forefront of online advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within non-profits or youth-focused organizations.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, Google tag manager, SEO tools, and email marketing software (Mailchimp).
• Strong writing skills with an understanding of tone and storytelling for different audiences.
• Passion for youth empowerment, sexual health, and HIV awareness.
