About the Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across both brands. This is an ideal role for someone with 1-3 years of marketing experience who enjoys writing, creating content, working with modern marketing tools, and helping bring ideas to life.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns, create content, manage marketing platforms, and support the delivery of webinars, reports, emails, social media, and other marketing programs.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution and content production.

You'll help bring marketing campaigns to life across email, social media, websites, webinars, and digital content while learning how modern B2B marketing programs are built and measured.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with technology, quick to learn, and able to balance creativity with attention to detail.

This is a contract opportunity offering 15 hours per week at, starting with an initial 6-month term and potential for extension. 

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation & Marketing Support

• Draft copy for emails, blogs, social posts and newsletter content


• Repurpose webinars, reports and research into multiple content formats


• Assist with content uploads and publishing 


• Assist with developing and maintaining the content calendar

Email Marketing & CRM

• Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot/Nutshell CRM


• Support CRM organization and database management


• Help track campaign performance and generate basic reports


• Stay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Digital Marketing & Website Support

• Publish and update website and blog content


• Assist with SEO optimization and content updates


• Support webinar, event, and report launch activities


• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or a related field


• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft marketing content across multiple channels 


• Experience using Canva or similar design tools


• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)


• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Strong initiative and ability to work independently


• Quick learner with an interest in marketing technology and digital trends

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform


• Knowledge of email marketing best practices


• Experience with SEO and content optimization 


• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media management


• Interest in sports, sponsorship, entertainment, events, or consumer insights

The target rate for this role is $30/hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
